We are famous for creating a supportive environment that invites you to play at your edge and has you celebrating your falls.

Take your practice outside the walls of the studio. BIG SUP Yoga is a premiere stand up paddle board yoga program created out of the BIG Power Yoga communities by Laura Rust. Our classes are designed for all levels, including beginner paddlers and beginner yogis.
Our two hour class format includes approximately 30 minutes of on-land instruction, 15 minutes of paddle time, and 75 minutes of yoga on the water.
We offer a comprehensive and empowering teacher training for RYT 200 teachers who want to expand there teaching out onto the water.
